En Theos: Greek for “God within”; the etymological root of the word enthusiasm — to be filled with God; to be divinely inspired.

When we live with enthusiasm, we live with passion, we live with inspiration, and we love our life. This enthusiastic state of being is our natural state; a byproduct of living in alignment with ourselves and life. 

But many have become disconnected. They have forgotten how to listen to their inner guidance, their bodies, and life, and as a result they feel lost, empty, uninspired, and unfulfilled. They’ve lost their spark…

Despite these feelings, there’s something in them that knows…there’s more to life than this. There’s a smoldering ember in the core of their being that is waiting to be uncovered and breathed new life into. A dormant flame that is ready to be set ablaze once again by a revitalizing breath of life.

And this is what I’m here to help people do. To reignite their passion and remember who they are. To reconnect with their unique excitement and inner spark — the deep, reverent love for life that lies within each and every one of us. 

Through a tapestry of modalities and approaches that weaves together: somatics, breathwork, Human Design + Gene Keys, subconscious reprogramming, holistic health, and intuition, I guide people to align with their passion and their purpose — addressing all layers; mind, body, and spirit — to awaken their dormant enthusiasm; to be divinely inspired, once again.
